Dan, I'm getting on a bit,so need to get my foot in the door, and being a slow learner with no Football ability at all,I thought it was better to start at the bottom.

Smudge do the Aldi one as all the players that play at this level, will respect it more!!! Remember when you do get a 1st team job ,just throw a large fishing net around Lidl's to get your squad, easy!!

Success will follow!! And yes clubs do not like telling the truth and the have problems with loose cannons even if they are the best candidate for the job!! All too many chairman and commitees are too blinkered they can never see the bigger picture!!!

If they'd only stick with running the club!!! Not manage the team!!! Theres plenty of clubs in the CoCo with over busy chairman!!ignore.gif But if say anything !!!!

s.l.j. think i'll take your advice,Aldi it is.When I get my first Managers Job,I will lay my cards on the Table,a perfect playing surface for my players to play on,excellent large changing rooms with all mod cons.A first class physio to take care of the Players injuries.Coaches to away games,so as to save the stress on Players.Do away with what is the Norm,at lower level Football of Players turning up 1 1/2 hours before K.O. to run around like headless chickens wasting their energy after a hard days work. The reason being when they warm up they could hit the eye of a needle with their shooting, but when the game starts, they could not hit the side of a barn door.Lastly the sore point that all Chairman hate,The BUDGET.I would bring a new dimension into Play,No Expenses if the Team lost, but 50% more if they won.You watch them try then, but the proviso being that they had to spend the extra 50% behind the bar,and must buy at least 2 supporters a drink.
