Here's the draw folks but whether the beleaguered competition will reach its conclusion is the million doallar question:

An update on East Anglian Cup progress, I see the winners of Brentwood v Southill Alexander tonight host Royston Town:

1st Round (by 30th November)

A Biggleswade Town v Cambridge City (30 November)

B Brentwood Town v Southill Alexander (24 November)

C FC Clacton bye

D Cornard United v Long Melford 0-2

E Debenham LC v Ipswich Wanderers (1 December at Ipswich Wanderers)

Royston will be going to Brentwood in the next round. We played them last night & lost 3-2 after extra-time.

 

That's a shame, but an excellent effort against a Stp 4 outfit Syd!

Thanks Horace, it was mostly their Capital League line-up to be honest. They did have striker Petrit Elbi playing though & he is a proven goalscorer at Step 4.

We've just got to transfer last night's form into league matches now.

Sjj2112 - I assume Craig Hammond didn't play otherwise you would have mentioned him, Cambridge wouldn't have wanted to risk him before Saturday's game with Hednesford Town
