BEGINS: "

"Two important victories on April 4^th Home won 1-0 v Crowborough & April 11^th Away won 1-0 v Three Bridges see Dorking FC’s U18 side retain their lead at the top of the SYL Southern Division and look to play off v the winners of the North and Central divisions for the overall SYL Championship. Redhill play their final game tonight away to Crowborough and if they lose Dorking will already be crowned Divisional Champions tonight.

 

Dorking U18’s play their final two matches next week – and even if Redhill win tonight Dorking FC U18’s only need to get one point from the remaining two games to win their division.

 

Away to Crawley Down on Monday 17^th and then at home to Three Bridges on Thursday 19^th - both 7.45 k/offs^.

 

This would be a great achievement for the club in general and a represent a massive achivement by Simon Coffey, his coaches Will & Nick and of course, all the U18 players , many who have stepped up and played in the first team in recent weeks." ENDS.

 

 

Certainly something for DFC to build on next season.

Very impressive BJR especially as when I was an u18 only a couple of years ago Dorking were always the team at the bottom.
