Eastside Urchin
Have heard that they are basically bullying creditors into accepting 10p in the pound. But bizzarely will have a budget of 8k a week next season in the BSS And even more bizzarely will have a £100'000 transfer budget
Big J R
I always thought this club was doomed from the start a couple of seasons ago with their fantastic offer of fans joint-ownership !
Loose
I always thought this club was doomed from the start a couple of seasons ago with their fantastic offer of fans joint-ownership ! 5 years ago JR but excuse me for pointing out you're wrong yet again. Been doomed every season so far and it has come very close. Now there's a chance for someone else to take it on. A few people are going to take a bath but then, that was their choice, their chance. Best thing would be that the club is saved, not enough football clubs always get the chance. No credit to be taken by anyone from the situation the club is in and yet people with nothing to do with the club have supported it for 5 years, now the fans get to keep going. Anything wrong with that? Let's have the benefit of your knowledge eh?
Eastside Urchin
Best thing is for the club to go to the wall and the real fans of gravesend and north fleet start up their own club from scratch
Big J R
A 'sometimes' poster on this site, and supporter of DFC got quite involved at the beginning. I'm not sure what his thoughts are on the subject now.
The Mayor Of Simpleton
Let's face it, My FC was never going to be a decent proposition. Getting 30,000 people to agree on the same thing is just asking for trouble. I hope they return to being Gravesend & Northfleet and have a sensible number of board members (between five and seven).
