Chesham have announced two signings today.

Josh Addae a highly rated RB from Uxbridge

Matt McClure an experienced striker from Chippenham.

Josh Addae was very good for Uxbridge last season. Took most of their set pieces and was excellent going forward as a wing back. Wasn't the best defensively and did get pulled out of position a bit (needed shouting at quite regularly from the manager). A good signing and 1 to take a punt on that may well kick on at a higher level, but far from the finished article.

He sounds like most modern day full backs, better going forward than defending.

He sounds just like the type of player we're currently signing, young, quick with the ability to go higher up the pyramid.

Possibly one that was on our radar lets hope he's not one that slipped through the net.

Tonbridge sign Eddie Simon, who was scoring tons of goals for Walton & Hersham (?)

Kingstonian last year Michael. Walton was the year before. Saw him a couple of times last year at Step 4 and he looked ok. Wouldn't say he was Step 2 quality, but who knows until they perform i guess.

Hampton have signed experienced defender Alan Massey from Maidenhead who becomes their 14th summer signing.

Interesting that Maidenhead lost out to Hampton (assuming they wanted to keep him).

Big signings by Farnborough this evening - Mason Bloomfield returns and Rakesh Bingham and Dominic Poleon join from Ebbsfleet on 2 year deals.

All 3 were excellent NLS performers in their last outings at the level.

Coming from full time Ebbsfleet they certainly wouldn't have been tempted by Farnborough for a big drop in money.

Snap😂😂😂

At 36 I think Massey was put on the unwanted list.

Didn't see Bloomfield but nevertheless some very decent signings by Spencer Day considering in his interview the other day everything was doom and gloom and his budget supposedly wasn't great.

You would think this would be the case as I would assume Hampton can't match the Maidenhead budget if Maidenhead wanted him.

Ah yes the classic "plead no budget but sign expensive players" Spencer line.

I just hope for Farnboroughs sake that Bloomfields personal issues are sorted and the 2 31 year olds don't fall foul of the Spencer injury curse. Would be a very costly 2 years if that happened to 1 or both.
