FF News Posted April 7, 2015 Share Posted April 7, 2015 Cammell Laird 1907 have announced a new sponsorship deal with Birkenhead firm North West Construction UK Ltd. The deal will see Lairds’ ground carry the firm’s name next season, and extends the support that the firm has provided to the club this season. Lairds’ Chairman Frank Games said: “Dave Taylor, our Commercial Manager, had a meeting with Mike Ross from North West Construction to discuss his support this season in sponsoring the reserves, and how we could better assist him. “We have a strong commercial strategy for 2015/16 season and we discussed how we intend to work closely and promote all our commercial partners throughout the local community. This is something Mike was keen to be involved with, as he is a local business and been working in the local community for many years. “Once the deal was signed, we opened talks regarding some work that needs to be done at the ground for next season”.
