Bromley Away, FA Trophy December 2023

I've spent close to 4 months trying to get my money back for the ONLY ticket I could buy at the time, which was in the Home end. The Away end ticket wasn't available due to a "Ticket Master issue" as it transpired. As a result I had to buy a second and full priced away ticket whilst on the coach to the ground (early bird pricing had expired). Thank goodness for smart phones! Red Tape, round the houses, dodging responsibility and getting me to do the donkey work to get the money back have all come into play. I still haven't been refunded, because it's down to Ticket Master apparently.

The fact that we as away supporters were treated as second class citizens adds to my total dissatisfaction with the customer service offered by Bromley. We lost too having largely dominated the match!!

Anyone else had this problem?

Like most of these on line thingies it's always easy to part with your money but never easy to get it back.
