Kids for a quid

Recommended Posts

Same for me,theres no way I can afford for my daughter and her mate to go to home games this year, which is a real shame as they,ve been good supporters for the last two seasons.plus having to fork out £21 for the Hull game means I wont be going to any more friendlys this year(however when I mentioned this at the turnstile I was told"well dont effing bother then")mmmmm nice

Not being funny but having just produced the Southend end of season DVD I can tell you now this is not the case.

You have to get DVD's pressed probably so they work on every format, Playstations, PC's, All DVD players ones done on your PC at home will work 75% of the time. And it doesn't come cheap.

15 quid a DVD isn't that bad when you actually cost things down. It works out at about 9 quid a DVD when ordering 500 (normally the minimum order a reputable company will take).

DVD's I can make in 15 mins, work on PS2, DVD, PC... etc <img src="/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

But im not getting it from a camera or anything I suppose, but £15 IS a lot for a single match recording, when they aren't even that good. I remember buying my last one the ball wasnt actually in view most of the time... Oh well!

i dont know where blue southend gets his prices from, the dvd's i produce cost on average about £1.75 (including disc and printing) work on every format. add on a couple of quid for the filming (by the look of the mans camera it is not top quality) a couple of quid for profit, as there is only one camera it is not like it neds to be edited (the most expensive part of the process if you have to pay for it to be done) thats £5.75. they could charge £8 and make a mint. if they were cheap people would buy them for people who cant get to the games, if they are cheap you dont mind poor quality. for £15 quid i want multiple cameras, professional filming and editing, cometary by bloody motson
