The Surrey team are not doing too good in Ryman division 1. They are placed 17th and have played 8 won 2 drawn 2 lost 4

Shame for Big JR's sake...as they started to hit great form towards the end of last season if I remember rightly. Had a few high scoring games.

Very much a 'New-Side' this season, and we did start a bit 'hit & miss', though things seem to be improving.

 

HOWEVER. All Riccay fans will be more than welcome to Meadowbank. I will probably be found in the club bar before and after the match with my Grand-Son, win or lose !

I think that's a decent draw, would have been nice to be at home, but we've avoided a few tricky teams in the hat! Quite looking forward to it, never been to Dorking before.

Went there for an evening game once when they were having a bad spell and we brushed them aside nicely as was expected at the time. Looking it up, it was 3-0, goals by Micky Hall (2) and Batts, Division One game the season they were relegated, we beat them 4-1 at New Lodge in the last game of the season. Be nice to see the place in daylight, their website's piccies are worth a look. Oh and BTW - ask any older supporters if they recall the "Dorking Woolworths Incident"
