Ade needs to prove he can do a job at Welling first as manager. Personally I would like to see Chris Kinnear in.

I think a lot of people would like Ade to take over - although he is unproven at this level (or at any level) he has a lot of contacts in the game, from his times at Bournemouth, Ipswich and Gillingham.He has a lot of Kentish friends as well so should be able to build a strong squad. The difficulty would be prising him from Welling.

I reckon he will be privately kicking himself, had he stayed another month or so he would certainly be favourite to take over, and bring his own man as assistant manager.
