has been released from gillingham good centre half plus they have released jones awuah and matt bodkin, not to sure about jones but bodkin is very good and very fast think they could do a job for us.

Beckwith and Bodkin definitely but Jones is a lazy big time charlie went on loan to Sittingbourne and refused to play because it was beneath him when he was in the youth team at Gillscum

Spoken to my mate at work (who often writes the reserve reports for Gills programs) & he believes none of them would be up to conf standard although other people have said Beckwith may be OK. Bodkin is a bit small & a bit Pinnocklike while Jones would be a waste of space.

beckwith could play in the conference even maybe league 2 i think he is a good player and if we could get him it would be great, agree with you on jones and bodkin, small but quick.

Beckwith was on loan at Daggers for a while in 2003-04, and Margate last season.

rather well for the daggers scored 1 goal in 5 appearances better than some of our forwards

Dean would do well at Conference level and judging by the talent Daish is currently bringing into the club he would be a very good signing for you. Bodkin again would do well. Local lad who went to Forest and was meant to be their next big thing, but his size let him down. Hessenthaler liked what he saw so gave him a 1 year deal to look more closely at him. He's definite Conference or League 2 level. Awuah, as you say, chip on shoulder but is World Class compared to Sigere (p.s. your lucky he turned the contract down!)
