he was at SEEC, on the academy team run by Dean Wells, nice lad, good player. as for not being good enough he was playing his b0llocks off week in week out for the reserves and didnt get a fair crack at first team footie!!

Because he wasnt good enough, simple as that. Jason Hallett, Mitchell Lowes and Lee Jay have proved if your good enough to be in the 1st team then you will get your chance, they have taken thier chance, he didnt.

Thats what im saying Mike, not a bad player just wasn't up to Conference standard when he was with us but by the sounds of the ricay boys, he's doing well and good luck to him.

He' s only a young chap, so with the right guidence and training he could quite possibly develop...no?

No he definitely can. From what i see of him in our ressies, he always was willing to work hard and seemed to have a good attitude. If he is one of your full time lads? then he could develop into a real good player for you. As you say, got age on his side.
