Pierre Le Touche, resident of Margate and local fashion designer was interviewed on local radio this morning.

 

"I 'ad no idea oo zis sausage eating 'inglishman woz but what ee was wearing was an assult to my eyes. It spoke to me of islander, zis yellow, of farmers not knowing what to wear to impress, so I just thought I'd help. Blue does so match 'is eyes, don't you zink? I did not expect 'im to call to the linesman and cry "assult!!!" Anyway, no 'arm done. Ze Linesman waved at me and later, we 'ad a very nice evening out".
