i see je was on the back of the NLP criticising the promotion from level 3. With only the winners of the ryman getting promoted the rest are lft to the lottery of a playyoff place. should the system change to allow the runners-up to go up and scrap the play-offs?

I guess if your chances of finishing 2nd are high which Fishers are then you want two up, but play offs have to be good for the game,they keep the season alive for hundreds of supporters and hopefully gates to, bringing in much needed revenue.Take yourselves 9th place and still in with a good shout, two up and your league season is over.

The rules were laid out at the start of the season and are the same for everyone. Nobody complained when play-offs were introduced a few seasons ago.

I don't like the playoffs because if you are good enough to finish in the top 2/3/4 (depending on which league you're talking about) then I think you deserve to go up.

 

But it's no good complaining about it now, you know the rules before you start, anyway, until the playoffs came about it was only 1 up.

It just depends where you are in the Table, as it stands we have it all to play for, so currently I think they are good.
