This is how last seasons odds started. As for this season, I reckon Carshalton is about right, but Margate and Bromley should be nearer the Hampton end of things.

hmmmm, its an interesting subject.

It seems to me that a lot of people are happy to invest with a bookie but are not willing to put the same money into their preferred team.

If, for example, all the money that will be wagered on Chelmo was donated to the club, it may well improve the team, thus improving its chance of League victory.

I know if that were to happen, then the bets are more likely to be wagered because of the increased chance of victory.

25/1 about us is a bit big. I reckon we should be about 12/1 really.

 

33/1 was clearly too big about Margate, although it's undeniably value I just can't see them winning it myself.

 

Similarly I spose you have to say 12/1 was a bit generous about Chelmo and in my view odds of about 7 or 8/1 would reflect their chances.

 

Think the league will be very tight this year with 9 or 10 teams in with a decent shout. I fancy AFCW but there is no value there at 11/2
