How many does our away end hold? An Oxford fan I know reckons that they could be bringing a 1000-1500 to our place on the 18/11.

So I've heard, our two clubs have been talking, and the above is the sort of figure that has been quoted as fairly accurate. Despite the cost of stewarding and probable policing it should make a nice pay day for the club. Add to this the possible interest of any neutrals, we could top 3000.

They've already sold 1100 tickets for their away game with The Daggers on Saturday.

Let's hope when we play them on 18/11, we send them all home miserable!

Defiantly policing, unfortunately there fans have a reputation of agro as much if not more than Aldershot, Bernard Taylor (Altringham boss) threatened to take his team off the pitch the other week because he feared for the safety of there fans. Be great to get 3000 plus down at fort Stonebridge Road.

Why not just relax, enjoy the day and see who comes on the day.

 

We've heard before anbout all these "1500 travelling supporters" and about 400 turn up.

 

And as for trouble makers, I've heard nothing. If it does kick off however, I'm sure my mate NB Super Red will be able to reconstruct one of his famous crews !

I know its a Cup game - but as an indication of numbers, Oxford have sold over 1200 tickets for Saturdays game against Daggers. Could possibly sell more before the day, and the Daggers 'home' tickets can be bought on the day!

However many they bring you can rest assure it will be a great game with a great atmosphere. Trouble? I doubt it. More importantly I hope not. At the end of the day it would be stupid to come to Gravesend and kick off wouldn't it????

Well I had pencilled this game into my Diary, as Charlton are away and I like to get back and watch the Fleet when I can, this should be a good game with hopefully the biggest crowd that Stonebridge Road has seen for a little while. And I was there that night against Canvey!!!!!
