.... should be back live on www.margate-fc.com tomorrow. I have hopefully soretd out the computer problems and we should be back on line for tomorrow's game. I'll bring you confirmation by 2pm tomorrow. Fingers crossed .....

As I said, fingers crossed. I came down to Margate last weekend to test the wireless network and my computer but there was a power problem! Ah well. Guess it's an earl test ahead of tomorrow's game and hopefully live commentary.

Ah, my good friend, messages certainly get through by camel train as I wander nomadic through the desert, heading from oasis to oasis, through wadis and over dunes!

 

I would rely on the telephone service for match info, whose wires are strung from date palm to date palm. We have two types of date palm and the powers that be have to take care to drape them from the same sort of date palm, otherwise I might miss match day altogether. You know what I mean , how can you listen on matchday when someone gets their dates mixed-up?

 

 

Ah well!

Ah abdullah! If per chance you are listening tomorrow, do let me know and I'll mention you and your wives. You live in a strange place. Where I live, crossing palms (so long as it's with silver) is a good thing.
