Out of curiousity, in what circumstances can a Moderator be removed from 'office'? Who does the removal?

1) 'Colin Zeal' was elected moderator as a democratic decision between the existing moderators of the General Forum, myself and webbo.

 

2) Moderators can only be removed from office by the administrators of Non-league Forums.

If a Moderator's action can be described as "gross misconduct", (racism, swearing etc.) I should imagine he/she can be removed.
