Tring Athletic 0-2 Bigg Town

 

Can't say this was a good game, apart from 15 mins till half time. We dominated during that period and could and should have scored more than 2 goals. 3 very good chances put wide when scoring seemed on the cards. It mattered not, because although Tring had the slope and the strong wind in their favour 2nd half, we shut up shop and that was the end of that. Some rotten challenges all over the pitch and their bench were a right bunch of moaners.

 

They have transformed the place since I last visited with Bishop's Stortford some time ago (7-0 stuffing of the defunct Tring) and it is a very good building and facility. Shame their hospitality (worst by far this season) and manners couldn't match it (apart from Harry who made an appearance).

Were any of the manor contingent at our game on saturday, if so i cant believe how young your side are?? They do try and get it down and play tho!

 

So any1 gona tell us wat happened in the tunnel at the end of the hertford - mags game, heard there was a bit of a scuffle!

Well...as the game was so poor i think the players thought they would try and do something for the paying public ! ha ha....I think it was all handbags...Alot of people being held back by no-one !

Yeah results business mate !...Not bad thanks fella was swimming yesterday morning and am allowed to hit the exercise bike now...physio twice a week too...dont want to set timetables but should be playing before christmas...wot was ya game like on sat?
