Got some good pictures of how quickly Arlesey closed us down yesterday. I have one of Crow heading the ball surrounded by four of their players.

Very disappointing performance. We gave away three very soft goals and never really looked like scoring ourselves. The players have just gotta believe in themselves a bit more. We just didnt have an answer and run out of ideas. Should get back on the winning trail against a very weak Tilbury side.

If that's the case we may need to bring in Britnell!! <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Seriously, I'd like to know if Cameron Stewart, Adam Holmes, Nick Reynolds and Charlie Parker have signed Ryman forms, cause if we continue this trend we may have to name a few of them on the bench!!

- Johnson/Wiseman -
- Blewer -- West -- Crow -- Stuart -
- Roberts -- Batch -- Dobinson -- Reade -
- Rugg -- Risk Leon? -

SUBS: GK, Lamb, Wall, A Midfielder, J. Curran

That's good to know, we could probably do with a couple of them being on the bench tomorrow if everyone named cannot play.

Comment from the Arlesey forum:

"Nice to see a good turnout of Canvey Island supporters at the game. There must have been 80+. I had a chat with several of them - a nice friendly crowd. My only complaint is about their drummer. I can't stand incessant drumming! Can we not make it a ground rule that no drums or other percussion or musical instruments are allowed in?"

Yeah, sorry about that! Still, a few of these teams will have to get used to noise being made when we play at their place!
