good afternoon camel, lousy weekend with no football to speak of, surprising how nice everyone's being, usually when there's no games everyone is at everyone els's throat. Nice result at Yeading by the way, its not losing that'll stick in their throats, its the 98th minute that'll do it. Shame...!

We see the forum as being a medium for banter as well as footie issues, it's a bit of harmless fun, we get plenty of it, we give it back, of course these things can backfire on the authors, who cares, it is all about good football and having a laugh, you'll be on here rubbing our noses in it before the end of the season, thats for sure, if its funny we'll laugh at ourselves and with you, if its spiteful we'll ignore it and remember it cos what goes around comes around, we've all got games to lose this season as well as games to win. You lose, we'll be there, same goes with us, they're queing up mate...we know... if we want to fight someone or hate someone, we'll go and support a team like Millwall where the hate flows down the terraces and numbs the brain, thats not enjoyment, its tribalism. Don't worry camel, theres a long way to go until the end and I reckon it will go to the last day, hows the old nerves up there then.........will say one thing though and I'm really not trying to wind any one up....., we don't have the baggage at the Stadium that other teams have, no history, no lost glory years, no past victorys to shout about or ponder upon.... what have we got to lose.... nought mate...thats the beauty of it, there is no fear at Hornchurch...whatever happens this year we've already achieved all of our targets, promotion will just be the icing on the cake.....mind you...it does appear to take on more importance vis the connie carve up but I'm not to sure that we want to be in to much of a hurry to jump into that...we'll see.....all in good time.....back to the Canv post and your comments.....I don't really think that there is a lot of animosity in non league footie....and I do believe that your club is a well respected club (pity about the fans) we just all need someone to wind up....consider yourself priveliged...we picked on you..(you were the first game of the season at the stadium and your supporters moaned about everything even though you all knew that work was in progress)....it was meant to be.....it was written.....its an honour......cherish it....one day you'll tell you're gran'kids all about us....!!!!!....nice to hear from you...be careful as well...its January.........By the way...you haven't got any spare keyboards up there have you...? <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

No, cos they're actual inbred/lawyer/estate agent scum. With the plans for their new council house they truly are becoming the Manchester City of Dacorum borough, in the sense that they're small-time and intensely bitter and jealous of their more ambitious rivals from up the road, who also ironically play in red.
