2.The pre-season friendlies, who arranges them? does Stuart have any input? Is there any chance of us being a bit adventurous this year? I mean nothing against Braintree, Borehamwood, East Thurrock, Brimsdown, etc etc

but there are just a few other clubs out there who Im sure would be up for a friendly, how about Lowestoft for example it would make a good day out for the Town faithful to get together.

I don't know if they would be interested but Diss Town could be another possibility. Their ground is just outside the town. Ample parking for more than coach, covered stand, nice bar. They were a friendly crowd when I was the Assistant Trainer there.

Nope, same kits for 08/09 as 07/08.

Ah but are we going to be kept guessing which strip we will play in at away games. I was under the impression that the new away kit was the light blus so that is the shirt I wore to Canvey. Why were we playing in the old away kit of red and black???!!!

Still would have a rugby shirt or similar top in pink if you can do it, like Middlesex CC we could raise cash for the breast cancer fund.

 

We have a "Pink" day in the office a couple of times a year for a tenner a go, I could wear my Town top with pride!
