Yes apologies for that but at least someone is in the land of the living, what game did you attend today.

Hi One 2 One. I'm a groundhopper who was sitting at the back of the stand towards the half-way line.

I thought Borough rode their luck a bit today - the keeper made a few good saves, but an away win is always good.

Just to fill in the blank:-

Clacton v St Margs 2-0 [i wasn't there by the way - was watching us run rings round the Pilgrims at the MadStad. cool Can't make an FA Cup tie 'til the 13th Sep. frown ]

... and what on earth happened to Hertford?

... plus surprising scoreline (if maybe not result) @ Aylesbury Vale too - Highworth gave the Blanket Boys a good game last week - maybe they were tired?

Mind you I see Vale played midweek too and whupped Chalfont so they've evidently got something going for them?

UPDATE - Sorry just noticed a report on the 'other' site (hope the link works) - the chap posting has been 'sniffing the hops' too by his own admission :-

... sound as if Highworth should have won in normal time - hadn't spotted it had gone into ET. blush

Yeah, I would go with that!, despite the amount of good chances broxbourne missed their two best players were the keeper and the centre half that was making his debut, both are great signings for them

Not quite sure if I follow the 'been got at reference' but as for today I'm not allowed out on Sundays - unless the Royals are playing.

Hope to get to a non-league game Wed eve.

Good luck to your former charges vs Wellingborough today - don't know anything about the UCL.

Royals - No I was referring to the Politics that's going on at the moment, Wader has PM'd 99% of members to tell them not to post and boycott the Forum which is childish.

Hopefully our paths will cross at a game before too long, yes let's hope Kentish Town can do the business this afternoon against Wellingborough Town, they have certainly been all over the local press like a rash this week:

No - not got drawn into any board wrangling - probably cos I'm a relatively detached neutral.

Shame if there is a boycott - will make this board just a personal chat room twixt me and 'sjj' ! crazy - wonder how long before either of us notices?

If it gets that deserted on here it'll rival the Hellenic Chat room! sleep

Cheers

Royals26 - Yes that's sadly where it's heading thanks to Wader, you would think that members would just ignore his plea for a boycott and want to post about their respective teams and get things off their chest.
