Conference regional leagues - qualification info

The qualification details for the Conference regional leagues have been announced and are summarised here

 

Basically, positions 2 through 13 automatically qualify subject to ground and financial criteria, positions 14 through 20 go into a play-off with the winners of Div 1 North & South to decide the remaining 2 places, positions 21 through 24 stay in the Ryman Premier.

HB, the winners of Div 1 North and South play off first to decide who joins the other 7 clubs in the main play-off.

I notice it doesn't say what happens if more than 4 clubs don't meet the Conference criteria as anyone in the top 20 and Division 1 winners have a chance.

I don't know. You have to finish in the 'top' 20 first.
