Does anyone agree that the standards at today was poor, True it is a new squad but some of the passing and defending was especially, in the 2nd half,abysmal, hopefully things will improve with time

1-0 up and being given the run-around by their forwards,and what did Andy do,why,put an out and out forward on, in place of a defender,unbelieveable!! when we had a defender of proven quality on the bench...Shearer. And this is not in hindsight,I said at the time,this could cost us the game,and sadly along with Kwashi's miss,proved to be the case.I don't think I was the only one to think this way judging by the crowds re-action.Three points thrown away.

I presume Pennock went off because he was either injured or knackered up till then I thought he was our best player, it was a bit of a surprise that Shearer didn't replace him.

I thought we pumped too many hopeful high balls forward today..Leroy competed fairly well in the air but he and Ben aren't big enough to play that game. If you play shortarses against big defenders you've got to play to your own strenghths not theirs.

I don't think Burton will finish too high up the league but they deserved the points today and that is worrying because we have to pick up points at home against teams like Burton.
