I don't know - I've tried ringing her this morning, but the current line on the FA website is that it's any time this week....... Surely they're all back from their World Cup jollies by now?

Just read elsewhere that the unresolved Grays situation might be causing the hold up. The FA heard the Ryman League's appeal against Gray being placed in their league on Friday, no decision published yet, which makes me think there is probably some truth to that being the delay. Until their league is known it's impossible to decide at what round they enter?

 

This Grays thing is a joke now. This should have been sorted weeks ago.

Agree that they need to get this resolved - the ground share at ETU is not sorted yet either

It's not only the FA Cup that's being held up by the Grays situation. Until the FA know for sure what League they will be in, the Leagues cannot publish any fixtures, because of groundsharing etc. This is having an effect right down to Essex Olympian League level.

Lads I have a "source" who tells me that the FA cup draw will be made sometime between today and 14th August . I have to say my source is usually quite reliable so you can take this as gospel.

Well, she is subject to the committee making a decision on Grays - which shows no sign of happening.
