HumptyWFC2011 Posted October 23, 2012 Author Share Posted October 23, 2012 Sandhurst 1 Hartley Witney 0 - Hartley had the upper hand in the first half and missed a couple of sitters. 0-0 ht. Don't know what the manager said to Sandhurst at half time but Sandhurst were much the better side second half. Sandhurst got a goal from a freekick halfway through the second half and things got nasty. There were some hefty challenges on a very wet pitch and players kept squaring up. A Sandhurst player got sent off 5 minutes from the end. Hartley were very poor second half and only 2 players stood out. They pass the ball well but they get frustrated easily. After Sandhurst scored their goal they lost the plot completely. Sandhurst have Chessington and Hook on Saturday another relegation dog fight.
