Can anybody clarify the rules here please. The United Counties forum seems to suggest that they have a dispensation to call matches off on Friday rather than waiting for the ref to rock up for a wasted journey on Saturday. But I also notice that the forum suggests that Hornchurch's match versus Dulwich was called off as early as 10am this morning !!! Bearing in mind our "previous" on pitch inspections would it not be sensible to do this if the rules allow so that supporters can at least rearrange their weekends (especially as Rugby internationals tomorrow)and save all this uncertainty.
