Irishadrian Posted December 27, 2015 Share Posted December 27, 2015 After yesterdays defeat Ive taken a look at our league position Two teams overtook us yesterday pushing us down to 12th and both of those teams have two games in hand over us In fact no team in our league has played more games than us ( this may be a good thing if some really foul weather turns up) the team sitting just one point behind us has three games in hand and of the next five teams (down to thirty points) three teams have six games in hand and one has 5 games in hand Sometimes what looks healthy at first glance isn't quite so Obviously some of those games in hand are with each other but we will only maintain our position if we put together a winning run that will require much more effort and determination than we saw yesterday My hopes for this season apart from good cup runs ( which weren't to be ) was a finishing position higher than last year Im still hoping for that. HorshamRebel Posted December 27, 2015 Share Posted December 27, 2015 If we are looking at positions etc. On a monthly points/game ratio, we had the following Aug : 0.857 (7 games) Sep : 0.750 (4) Oct : 2.286 (7) Nov : 1.000 (3) Dec : 1.333 (6) And our total ratio is currently 1.333 points per game Goals scored/game Aug : 1.714 Sep : 0.500 Oct : 2.286 Nov : 2.000 Dec : 1.833 Ratio so far : 1.741 Goals conceded/game Aug : 2.000 Sep : 1.750 Oct : 1.286 Nov : 2.333 Dec : 2.166 Ratio so far : 1.852 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
