FFN1USA hit the nail on the head, wearing it to the football is fine, millions of football fans around the world do it, it's when you start wearing it to Sainsburys or into town is when it's weird. The only exceptions being shirts that are fashionable, Manchester United (damn), Arsenal's away shirt from last season, Liverpool and......Newcastle.....about it really.

The only reason Stalebuns aren't scarfers is because they play in Pikie yellow and blue.....

 

Have to say as a lazy so and so the fact footie shirts don't need ironing means mine get worn quite a bit, particularly at work where they get covered up by the white coat anyway <img src="/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

Nah, wear it everywhere with pride. Be unique. If they only made a couple of hundred of them at least you don't look like the mindless sheep with Vodafone or O2 or Fly Emirates across the chest.

Though your Team are playing bad

and to some you look quite sad

I wear my Scarf proudly when shopping round the town,

greeted sometimes by laughter and sometimes by a frown,

Wearing it every day ,new confidence i've found, I'll even wear it Saturday when i venture to the Ground.
