Dunstable Town are unbeaten in nine League games, boss Joe Deeney has proved to be an excellent appointment for the Club:

This could be an interesting affair, the visitors to Hall Road Aston Clinton have won their last four games, netting seventeen times:

I expect Leverstock Green boss Fergus Moore will have a sleepless night tonight with three tame defeats from the Iast four League games:

I wonder if this afternoon's fixture at the Pitstone Pavilion will emulate the 3-3 draw at the King George V Playing Fields in November:

At least Bovingdon won't have to contend with playing Risborough Rangers First Team as Eynesbury United unfairly had to do last week:

This is somewhat misleading isn't it as there is no mention of the fixture taking place on the outside pitch which would no doubt deter groundhoppers and other attendees:

It is going to be a very interesting end to the Division One campaign, Bedford are cIearIy the team to watch coming up on the raiIs, and with the quaIity of pIayers they are bringing to McMuIIen Park such as Sri Lanka InternationaI Marvin HamiIton, aIthough they have pIayed the most games:

A groundhopper from another Forum was present:

PITSTONE & IVINGHOE [1] 2 SARRATT [0] 0 South Midlands 2. Admission £ 3/ £1. Programme £1. Att; 40. The ground is owned and managed by the parish council. There is a decent sized car park and a proper turnstile into the ground. The large clubhouse and dressing rooms are behind the goal with a decent hang over. Only rope around the pitch with no hard standing yet. The home team with the wind behind them scored early and added a 2nd goal deep into stoppage time.

A groundhopper from another Forum was present:

Spartan South Midlands League Premier Division
Crawley Green 0 MK Irish 1 (H/T 0-1)
Admission £3 (concession) Programme: on line only Att: 42

Decided to chose this match for a ground tick and opted to walk from Luton town station, this took just over 20 mins. The venue is actually Luton Town's training ground and consists of a railed 3G pitch, with a small wooden stand and a small covered standing area on one side of the pitch. There is also an office area, part of which is used a refreshment area selling hot & cold drinks, crisps & chocolate. A friendly greeting from the officials when I arrived, they enquired whether I had visited the ground before and pointed out where the various facilities were. The ground is very close to Luton Airport so, as with Bedfont near Heathrow, there was the occasional low flying aircraft passing over throughout the match.
CG are currently bottom of the table with MKI comfortably in mid table, the result thus went according to the form book. MKI always looked the more likely to score albeit the only occasion they did so was after 34 mins (according to full time although I timed it at 30 mins) when striker Andre Olukanmi received the ball just inside the area and managed to hook it past the CG keeper who had no chance of making a save. Olukanmi should have added to the score midway through the 2nd half when put clean through but the CG keeper, Ollie Keil pulled off a good blocking save. One could not fault the effort of CG but they didn't really create one decent chance in the whole game.
Just managed to catch the 17:13 back to London after the final whistle.
