Hats - Beneficial to Humankind or Evil Influence?

Can't remember who said it, but someone once said that the moral decline of modern society corresponded to the increasing unpopularity of millinery attire.

Bit of a strange statement when the greatest section of society that wear hats is the military - and they kill people!

 

If the French ban religious-based headwear, will the quality of their wine and cheese suffer? <img src="/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
