If there is to be an "Early Bird" offer to entice fans to renew/purchase a membership/season ticket, let's hope that this year the club inform us of the prices that will apply during the Early Bird window *and* those that apply when the offer expires, so fans can see what saving can be made by purchasing early. The club did not do this last summer. Some speculated over an extension to the Early Bird window last year, but this did not materialise. A little more transparency this year would be appreciated.

The notification about the season ticket memberships say's 'Early Bird prices will be available until 31st May'. 

As you say it would be a good idea to emphazise the savings to be made.

Aaron White, Brian Nelson and Nnaemeka Anyanwu have signed for next season. All 3 impressed me in their few games towards the end of the season.

That’s great news, I think Brian Nelson in particular looked like he could develop into a very good player.

Very good business from the club. Though Nelson and White both looked very promising towards the end of the season. With the additional subs next season, it will be interesting to see how we play things with the younger lads and whether they will be dual registered somewhere to get more senior experience. Good start IMO.

Yeah and unfortunately I’ve heard that too, very disappointing if he goes.

It’s now officially confirmed by us. Can only hope we got a proper fee and it’ll be given to Scott (along with Leon’s fee) to spend. With so many other players futures still in the balance it’ll be great to hear some positive news?

Was told about Edon a couple of weeks ago (at least that we had received an offer and he'd probably be going). Massive hole to fill given his quality, but hopefully the likes of him and Leon will be a big draw for players and a somewhat USP for Slough at the moment. Come to us, over perform and we won't stand in your way to develop and move up. Have to look for the positive and hopefully, as Glen said, we are going to need some quality signings soon enough to at least help us to sell some season tickets.

On an unrelated note, given the picture that was used for the Edon tweet - Does anyone else think the green Thames Hospice shirt is superb and should be our away kit? We got a shirt both years and I think this year's one specifically is brilliant.

Not even gonna try and sugar coat this one, with other clubs keeping  supporters up to date with ins and outs , Edon leaving is a massive sucker punch,  but I am 💯% his future and development, will we get some positive news anytime soon ? Other clubs getting business done, as always were lacking

I’m starting to think the 4 EDS lads we’ve signed onto contracts may well be starters from the off at this rate! Seriously though I hope maybe next week will see us unveil some new signings and either way if the 3 offered contracts are staying or going?

WTF is going on.

Another defender departs which by my calculation leaves us with virtually no defenders including no keeper.

Great news for Edon and the club getting a fee but so far it's not been good news on player retention so when are we going to hear some good news?

I can probably now see why season ticket sale details have not been released. 

As for the players who've still not made up their minds I think it's about time they did.

The green kit is smart, tho I preferred last years one with the matching shorts.

100% agree about getting some.good news gents, BUT, don't forget, I'm sure there is plenty of business being done and not announced yet. I'm still sure that when the season ticket prices and purchasing starts, that's when we'll get some positive news.

Some bizarre comments on here. A number of our players have a lot of interest. Unfortunately for you, me and the club, the power at the moment is in their hands.

We’ve agreed deals with 3 players, possibly 4, so please don’t think there isn’t work being done. I counted 167 calls in two days last week.

I’ve had a number of arguments on holiday with my wife about taking/making phone calls whilst trying to enjoy some downtime but that can’t happen as football manager. 😅

There will be some good news soon. Just be patient. Just because we haven’t announced anything doesn’t mean we are falling behind 👍🏼

I wish Edon all the very best, it is great to see young players progressing from us into full time football, and good for us as a club if we are receiving a fee & a sell on clause….. we will probably see a lot more of this over the coming seasons (maybe someone could set up a separate topic where we can do updates on their future progress).

It will be interesting to see how many eventually result in decent sell-on fees, I would estimate possibly 1 in 10?

Well at least we got a fee for Edon this time! Brentford granted us a crappy pre season game against Beckham's son and that was it.
