Hello everybody i thought i'd just stick my nose in once more to congratulate all at Concord. Thoroughly deserved and in a hard physical league they continued to try and play football through out, just goes to show. I would like to take this oppurtunity and say what a fine fight Sawbo put up and what an amazing run they went on to get themselves in with a chance of winning the league. Something like 18 straight wins and 20 games unbeaten, that's impressive by anybody's standards. Yes i knew how everybody feels about the manager and from what i hear he's not that popular at his own club, nevermind. I suppose the fight is now for 2nd place and what an exciting one that's going to be.

we managed to take 4 points from them this season but they showed even then that they were the best side we played this season.

 

i cant understand though why they paid players a lot of money to win the league when they could not get promotion??
