It is all getting nasty...

...on the Hornchurch web site. Ex-secretary Mick Ewen has left a post explaining his position on how he was effectively sacked, then Uncle Urchin aka Karl Williams has responsed with his version of events. Don't think we have heard the last of this.

What I don't understand is, that if William's company Carthium went bust and all player's contracts cancelled, how comes he can return a month or so later, effectively get rid of the blokes who got the club through the mire, and then offer a weekly wage bill of £4,500?

who trusts any double glazing company that can offer buy one get one free or we can fit your house out for £1300, when my double glazed door cost me £500 along.

My point is havent people ever considered either the profit margin is that good when windows are sold or where has the money come from, but when s!it hits the fan it doesnt half stick, and some people are covering there backs

Agreed. What about Courts? I paid a deposit on some sofas towards the end of 2003. Four months later they still hadn't arrived so I demanded my money back. When we explained to a salesman in another store he said that it was a well known fact that they were in financial trouble and as a result of them not paying their suppliers, they were not being supplied with goods. however, it is only recently that they have gone under leaving many people out of pocket who had paid deposits. Surely the directors should be prosecuted for malpractice!
