As it says in the title he's got a new phone. He just rang me (from a landline) but couldn't remember his new number. He reckons he'll text everyone it.

 

He reckons he's gonna get "a bit naughty" down at Newport.

As Newport technically come under the power of the Welsh FA they may allow Flares

Probably best to check with the Welsh FA first. I wouldn't want to see an enraged Lucy Smith ranting at anyone because we'd broken mythical FIFA rules.

 

Actually, I think Flares are covered by the law of the land rather than the FA.

I can't remember the exact wording but I found an act that stated that letting them off and even carrying them in a football ground was an offence.

 

Flares are not illegal; it's what you do with them that is illegal.
