We found on the walk last year that long straight roads with no landmarks are terrible. On the Friday of last years walk, we only travelled on three different roads for a total of about 21 miles and that was having walked 27 the day before! I have no idea how we did it.

hi all dave here.

just to let late comers know there has been a masive overhead cable prob in ealing slough area trains running up to 60+ late and defenet delays at least residule delays prob until tommrow while they check prob. i hope nobody delayed coming home and no probs to people as i know some rebel fans travel by train most days from work and perhaps are used to fgw delays like me anyway.

i was lucky i did not go to reading today as would no dout be heaverly delayed coming home.

i was going to talk to my friend who looks after me on a helpline at the office when need help and news of events. in reading she works for berksire autistic society. spoke to her coleague on the phone she appeared rather busy with paperwork and the like. i asked rhos last week if she had time to support slough on are last game at home to heybridge at £7 what a bargain for her.

rhos supports reading and feel it would me no harm asking her if she wanted to come to some home games sofar not but proberbly will come if spare time also next season.

take care all dave programes <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/affig.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/alert.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/alert.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/argue.gif" alt="" />
