Conference players demand conference wages, can't see them taking a pay cut just to play for Chelmo. Can't see King and Pennyfather raiding the lower leagues for players and your squad from last season has all but disappeared, that means the rest of your squad will be players dropping a level or two but still maintaining thier current wages. As I said, splash that cash.

What concern is it of yours? When you sign a new player I think good luck to you and assume that you can afford it so I have to make the same assumption with City.

if that enables us to move up the leagues and increase our fan base etc. i dont think any football fan would object to that.

 

Although the Club has debts they are being serviced and The Clubhouse is getting booked up more and more, extra revenue that we didnt have for 10 years.

What with crowds of 500? Even you must agree the potential of Chelmsford is much higher than that of Canvey(no disrepect meant towards them) and given the profile of Chelmsford and the ever increasing population and prosperity etc. in my opinion once we start to move up the leagues we should go from strenght to strenght.

 

as said earlier the earnings off the pitch will help drive the Club forward much the same as yourselves and most other non league clubs.
