"Liam Daish has added more experience to his squad by signing former Canvey Island forward John Keeling.

Keeling, aged 30, joined Canvey in 2004 from Hornchurch, and as well as previously playing for Tilbury and Thurrock, also appeared for the England National XI against Belgium in 2003.

"John's an exciting player" said Daish. "He can play in midfield or attack and will add a dimension to our play which has been missing."

firstly let me apologise then for the bum info but like i say jon told me he was going to chelmsford

but then again things move fast in the high flying leagues that you lot play in

have to say though my only experience at the bridge was the cup game v tranmere and i thought hfc excelled themselves and were very unlucky to lose that game a couple of shocking descisons cost you that game
