Glad we could help you out at the weekend in beating Sudbury.

You should be aware however that we have pulled off an Argie coup bringing in two players on loan.

Our payment is in shrimps and they are expected to arrive by tramp steamer any time now. (Having been at sea for several weeks).

Carlos Keekdeball their agent who is arranging finance for CIFC (shrimp nets on the steamer) accompanies them and promises that when a bigger club wishes to purchase them he will arrange for half of one percent of the transfer fee to come to CIFC.

Apparently he did approach AFC Hornchurch but the two players insisted that they have been CIFC supporters all their lives they would only feel at home on the Island.
