..last week and the seller came from oop North and her second name was Worswick. I casually asked if she was per chance related to one Mick Worswick, who starred for Skem against you in the 67 finals..

And lo and behold he was her husband!...How spooky is that. Apparently Skem are having a 40th reunion party next April, so they might be in touch...

The Brimsdown Rovers v Ipswich Wanderers was a good game. Ipswich deserved the win in the end after a great fightback with just ten men for the last few minutes.

 

I would guess there were about 120 there with a few Towners boosting the gate. The bar was certainly a lot busier at half time than it is during the break from one of our games.
