[Coffin Ender]

Saw this one today. Horsham are a good side going forward, but I definitely think they can be unsettled at the back.

 

They took plenty of long throws (from their full backs, including Myall - the tubby guy who used to play for Folkestone). However, Wimbledon didn't have many problems with those.

 

Wimbledon were pretty unconvincing in the first half, but raised their game after the interval and went close several times. Horsham's keeper played well and a draw was just about a fair result.

 

Horsham's approach play is very good and Rook and Taylor looked like two good players. However, I don't see them as potential champions. They seem a bit too lightweight. Congesting the midfield would be a good idea next week.

I think you will find that Rook is suspended for next Saturday's match.

I saw this one too. I was in the Womble end with all my recent new friends, and what a jolly bunch they are! From my perspective the Wombles had more of the game. If anyone deserved a goal it was them.

 

Lardy No' 8 & 9 impressed me the most.

 

Were you in the bar before kick off 'Coffin Ender'? The Lardy Boys were the choir in the lead pre match. During the game i never heard them.

Bit disappointed with the turnout from Horsham. 70/80 behind the goal - not brilliant when you are top of the league.

 

In answer to Joseba, there is a chance Taylor might not be playing next week either. He has been training with Woking and has promised a final decision on whether he joins them this week.

Is it correct that unfortunately both Jay and Skinns are suspended.

 

We don't want any training injuries this week then.

 

I suspect DH will be doubtful aswell ,so tough one next week
