Another 3 very important points for Bookham.

 

Very scrappy game overall with not a great deal of good football played. But we battled hard and got the winner on 43 mins with our only bit of passing football in 45 minutes. Colliers could have scored a couple before this and we created the slightly better chances in the second half but could not get the second goal. Colliers had a lot of the ball but played too much long, the boys dug deep and battled well for the win.

 

Bring on fizzer for Tuesday and if the results go right we will be safe. Finger crossed.

Sorry I couldn't make the end of the game. No 2 Son-in-Law and self were stuck driving all over London until 5:00.

 

Still, there were some compensations.

 

Isn't it strange how the sun and pleasant weather brink all the nubile young ladies out onto the pavements ???
