The only comment I've got about female snooker players is too 'non pc' for this forum...

Don't see many female Darts players either...

no such decorum from Essex Jamesy......tell you a true story......

having suffered from a very very mispent youth myself...(which was totally down to Harold and his cronies in the 60's)

I've always been something of a dabhand with the old cue.....

anyway...gets talking to a bird in the sales offices one day...turns out she's an international player with a top break of 120 odd....big fit lot it was as well and twice as cocky with it...anyway...

no snooker table but a pool table is handy...bets laid and yours truly slaughtered......she wasn't that good...but the skirt was very....very ....er...tailored...

been an avid supporter of female snooker ever since....

As for formula 1 I'd imagine that the very high levels of fitness needed for this is why so many women don't reach this level.

Isn't that what they said about horse racing in the days when there were no female jockeys? In a sport in which being small is important, some women ought to be making it into the top grade.

There was also a time when there were no female coxes, and the reasons given for that omission were ridiculous.

Us ladies don't need to be in the limelight - we already hold the balance of power.

That's half the trouble LMU ! You women are always holding the balance of power !

Why don't you let us blokes hold it now and again ? I'm a dab-hand at un-doing the old Gossard, front or back, and getting at the balance point !

One handed of course, BJR! And without pinching - spoils the ambience.

I can't really see that generalisations about driving are possible. I know a number of women who are very keen on nippy little sports cars and drive then appropriately! I also know a man who of his own free will and not for a bet, bought a Nova. Not an SRi, even, a normal one, with a boot.

[color:"red"] A number of women eh!! Would you care to elaborate Invis? [/color]
