They could've cut out half an hour of Anakin looking moody and the film wouldn't have suffered.

If you dissappointed by no one dying then can I recomend Titanic, Gladiator and Lord of the Rings! Oh and stay away from Carebears the movie, you'd find it a huge dissappointment.

Well surely you knew that before going in. The fights at the end were between Yoda v The Emperor and Obi Wan v Anakin. All of whom survive to make it into Episode 4. The difficulty with the film was that there was no real dramatic tension as we all knew what was going to happen.

A New Hope.

Also the bit where Yoda walks into the meet the Palpatine was good when his red guards stands to attack them. All tiny Yoda does is throw out an arm the pair go flying. A piece of the movie that, as I was watching it packed in a cinema with massive Star Was fans (first public screening), recieved massive applause.
