Went to see the mighty Merstham, close game very few chances created. Why are they top? Well the one clear cut chance was buried by a Lock header past the giant Lee in goal.

 

Cannot work out why BGFC have no supporters? They played some good stuff, tricky forwards, but no end product.

 

An anti racism laugh though, the black ref Reuben was booking a coloured BGFC player, their bench commented "the ref don't like Indians" a Merstham wag retorted "or Cowboys" refering to one of their white builder players! I think...

I think Bedfont Green dont have many supporters due to where they play and are planning to move to a new facility in the next couple of years back on their own patch, had a good chat with them at our recent game, long term looks very good for them. (subject to the usual planning approval I believe)

in last weeks local paper there was an advert in there from bgfc wanting a goalkeeper ..............

is that for cover or is there keeper off somewhere
