Asa's Aces score 6

The Capital League team went one down very quickly at Maldon's nice ground last night, surprisingly unaffected by the fog. But came back to score three to take command of this keenly contested match played in good spirits.

Our lads went in at the interval 5 1 up with the game sewn up and another quickie just after the break killed the game off. I must say that Maldon were not that bad and played the ball on the deck throughout,but our lads knew how to finish.

Goals from Harry Elmes 3, Joe Staunton, Mark Janney and Ross Wall kept Asa's lads at the top of the Capital League.

Unusually, no food available, no team sheets nor programmes but the Dose Doers seemed looked after!
