Should Refs Take A Pay Cut.

Due to the Current Economic Climate should Officials follow the example of B.A. Staff and take a Pay Cut what are your views.I think it would also be a Nice Gesture if they helped the impoverished Players out,by thinking is that Yellow £8 or that Red £40 going to put them in Financial Difficulty.Maybe Cards should be abolished,and Refs could show 2x£20 Crisp notes instead.Or what about on the spot Fines.
