A very pleasant evening was had by one and all at Farleigh Rovers F.C. last night,in a pre -season Friendly against Croydon F.C.A Barbeque,A Beer,A bit of banter, summed up what Non League Football is all about.A good practice match for over 40 Players,well officiated,No bookings,but Competitive.Yours Truly ran the Line for 90 mins,all my pre-season training was there for everyone to see,even if Ihave to say it myself,I was Gazelle like,and have lost none of my exceptional pace for an Old Codger.Thanks to Dave Willcocks,,Graeme Cupit(aka Spy) and the Farleigh Lads for hosting a very enjoyable evening.Best Wishes for the Season
