I'd heard that Chester were interested in him and in Darren Stamp from Northampton, they signed Stamp and so weren't interested in Mystery Man anymore. Dunno how accurate that is, but I never let the truth get in the way of upping my post count to 472. <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Just watched the Farnboro game on the net...One thing that struck me was that Haworth was involved a lot (he had no name on the back which made me laugh). Andy spoke very well too. Come on Andy, stick two fingers up at us, myself more than most and keep us up this season.

I believe that although they didn't need / want him, they didn't want him playing for conference 'rivals', so took him anyway.
